4 P's of new Era

Countless Management Gurus might have customized, personalized and deemed the four P’s of Management, but to me they mean a diverse tangent all together...
Team acts as the Cocoon for an Organization’s and the initial P’s start from the pupa itself… They are:

  • People
  • Prejudice
  • Plan
  • Promise

Might sound eccentric, but these rolls up from the experience that I have attained for years…

People: Humans, either with unspecified traits, or specific characteristics have an impact on Business Management. Every person is defined by the characteristics of reasoning, consciousness, and persistent personal identity and these traits when combined enhance Management intellectual competence. They play a vital role and act as the MAKE or BREAK of any Establishment or Process.

Prejudice: The expression prejudice refers to prejudgment: making a decision before becoming aware of the relevant facts of a case or event. Hostile attitude towards people based on their race or even by just judging without even knowing reflect Prejudice and when followed with offbeat thought can tear down the moral of a Team. However, with proper consideration and perceptive, people get motivated to reduce subjective uncertainty and that imbues people with a positive valence.

Plan: Simple, actions to achieve a specified outcome. Imperative to achieve Business and People Goals and the discipline of planning has occupied great minds and theoreticians. Program Evaluation and Review Technique, commonly known as PERT, is also a part of Plan. Be it Business or Personal Plan its important that strategy should be pre execution of industry Objectives or Career Targets.

Promise: The four aptly listed lines represent the word…

  • Promise to Client
  • Promise to Leadership
  • Promise to Team, and
  • Promise to Ones one self.
